These do not represent fixes for specific vulnerabilities, instead they represent Microsoft's efforts to head off potential threats. Vista + SP1 is no faster than Vista from the RTM image. Bottom Line: If you've been disappointed with the performance of Windows Vista to date, get used to it.

I've installed Windows Vista beta 1 on a dual boot pc (first boot option was Windows XP). The boot loader is different of that of the Windows 2000/XP and thus I can't change the boot I can manually delete the files (Windows Vista folders&files) from the second partition but how do I get rid of the boot loader ?
